Refund and returns policy

  • Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

  • Return Process

Customers must contact us by email before returning any product.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Detective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:

  1. Report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue.

📬 In these cases, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost.

  • Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing delays may occur.

📩 If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

  • Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, chemical exposure, physical damage (deep dents, scratches, impacts).

  • Items that show signs of misuse or alterations.

  • Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are in good condition.

If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us first before sending it.

  • Return Shipping Address

We will provide you with the return address via email once your request is approved.

📦 Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

  • Coating Guarantee

Our coatings are guaranteed for 12 months against:

  • Chipping

  • Peeling

  • Fading under normal use

📧 To make a claim:

  • Email us with clear pictures and proof of purchase.

✔️ We’ll offer a free recoat.

❌ Not covered:

  • Accidental damage, improper installation, chemical exposure (strong cleaners, brake fluid, excessive oil, salt, solvents).

  • Normal wear and tear from outdoor exposure beyond expected product lifespan or non-standard use.
