Identify the number of Pistons on your Brake calipers to choose the right category and Price. Please make sure to do this properly since this determines your service pricing and preparation. Purchased service and components need to match to avoid extra fees.
2. Measure your brake calipers and choose the box size
To keep shipping smooth and predictable, we use flat rate boxes. -Measure your calipers including brackets, and choose the prepaid box that fits the best (consider extra room for bubble wrap/protection prevent moving inside the box. We'll help you choose the right one if you're insure-contact us before ordering.
3. Select your desire Color
Select the color of your choice from our standard color chart (If you don't see your desire color, we can still help you, please contact us, for a custom request). We only use the best powder sources to provide you with the best results, see Prismatic powders link below to get inspiration. More colors coming soon!
4. Print and fill out forms
Print and fill out Forms: MAIL ORDER FORM - Includes your contact info, return address, selected services and color of choice. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM - Required for us to start working on your components. These forms must be signed and included inside the box.
5. Secure & ship your Items
Ship and secure your clean, dissembled brake calipers ( NO brake pads, pistons, seals, dust boost or break pad wear sensors attached). Please make sure to include both forms explained above. Ship to: Forever coating LLC/my shipping address/
6. We powder coat your Items
Once we receive your package:
✅ We'll inspect the parts and confirm your order via email.
✅ Surface prep, sandblast and powder coating process begins (10-12 business days typical turnaround).
✅ You'll get photos and completion confirmation.
7. We ship it Back to you
Your freshly coated parts will be securely packed. We cover the return shipping cost, and tracking number will be provided via email. Enjoy your like-new, eye-catching calipers!
